Shipping & Delivery
A-Mark Ind. Pty trading as (A-Mark Manufacturing and AmarkGroup) hereinafter called "the Supplier"
The Supplier offers for Sydney metro 4hr, 2hr and direct courier services subject to client's approval of freight charge. Sydney metro and NSW next day delivery for all orders placed before 3pm. Delivery times for the rest of Australia are available upon request.
Where goods are to be delivered by instalments each instalment shall be deemed to be sold under a separate contract. If the Supplier fails to deliver an instalment within the agreed time or at all the Customer shall not be entitled to repudiate the contract with regard to any other instalments remaining to be delivered. Contracts for goods backordered are firm and shall not be rescinded unless agreed in writing by the Supplier.
Claims for shortages of delivery discrepancies are to be made within seven (7) days of delivery. Claims made subsequently will not be recognized.
